Where does your data come from?
We aggregate public county records, assessor data, and licensed real estate data feeds, then match them against consumer and B2B data sources for skip tracing. Data refreshes every 24 hours.
What does ‘one license per market’ mean?
Each license grants exclusive access to one asset type + one city or county combination. Once you hold the license, no other customer can subscribe to that exact slice. It’s how we keep your list actually valuable.
How is this different from LoopNet or Crexi?
LoopNet and Crexi are marketplaces — you browse what’s already listed for sale. CRE Finder is the opposite: every commercial parcel in the country, with the owner’s verified contact info, so you can call them directly before any deal goes to market. Free skip tracing on every plan and daily data refresh.
Do you cover residential?
No. CRE Finder is commercial only — retail, office, industrial, multifamily (5+ units), medical, hospitality, self-storage, mixed-use, and vacant land (commercial, industrial, agricultural). We also generate AI Land Development Briefs for vacant parcels.
Can I export to my CRM?
Yes. Every plan includes CSV export shaped for HubSpot, Salesforce, REI BlackBook, Go High Level, and Airtable. Direct integrations for HubSpot and Salesforce are in beta.
